Ingredients

Slippery Elm Bark Powder (Ulmus rubra). 

Made from the dried and ground inner bark of the Elm tree.

Directions

Add 1 teaspoon to a small amount of warm water in a glass and mix into a paste. Then top the glass with water, mix thoroughly and drink.
