Calcium + Vitamin D3 & K2

This formula contains 3 of the most important nutrients for bone health: Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2.

Calcium is central to the structural integrity of bone matrix, thus supporting bone density and strength. Vitamins D3 and K2 work together to direct calcium to your bones and to enhance calcium absorption.

Vitamin D3 helps to regulate blood calcium levels. It does this by stimulating absorption through the intestine and its excretion through the kidneys. Low levels of vitamin D have been associated with muscle weakness.

Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, a protein found in bone which allows the binding of calcium. This assists in bone formation and strength. Vitamin K supports blood health too.

Each film coated tablet contains: Calcified liothamnioin tophiforme (Aquamin Forte) 570mg, equiv. to calcium 180mg, Cholecalciferol 12.5 micrograms, equiv. to vitamin D3 500IU, Menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2) 90 micrograms.
