Each 2.3g dose (1 included scoop) contains: Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 350mg.

All ingredients are vegetarian and vegan friendly. This product does not contain animal products, dairy, lactose, gluten, nuts or genetically modified ingredients (GMO-free).

Directions

Recommended for adults & children over 12 years of age. Mix 1 scoop (1 level included scoop contains approximately 2.3g) into 250 mL of water or desired beverage and drink immediately. Take once daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
